Molten Chocolate Cake !!

Warm Chocolate Cake with chocolate fudge filling. Topped with Vanilla ice cream under a crunchy chocolate shell !! The perfect combination of (hot) fudge and (cold) vanilla ice cream .. I anyway love chocolate flavour ... but this one, I have no words to explain ! This is the best !!

Its a sin ! Really, it is such a sin to eat this 'Molten Chocolate Cake' @ Chili's !! Every bite just melts in your mouth !! Gives you a heavenly feeling !! Its my most favourite desert ! whenever I am in a sad mood & need to cheer up or I am already cheered up and wanna enjoy more ;), I go to Chillis and just order this desert ! ... The food at chillis is so-so .. I am not a big fan of its food but this desert totally makes it worth the trip !

And its not that costly ! some 5 - 6 bucks including tax and its good enough for two (rather 1.5 ) ppl ...although its impossible to be satisfied with even one cake ! I remember the first time I went to chili's with two of my friends for this desert ... one of my friends had had it before and was going on and on about it ... but he was not sure how many of those cakes would be enough for the three of us ... so we asked the waitress there and she said and I quote, "well ... since you are guys, maybe 2 cakes would be good enough ... but normally I would suggest just one !" ... we thought about it a lot and finally ordered 2 ! When the cake arrived, we just could not believe it ! I mean, its just soooo delicious ... so delicious ... we ordered one more !!! :) .. that waitress gave us that 'have-these-guys-come-from-somalia?' look ? but who cares right ? we finished that third one as well and had to stop ;) unfortunately ... stomach was content but the heart wasnt !! And this has been my feeling everytime I have this chocolate molten cake ...

To wrap it up, all I will say it, if you have not had it, you are missing something in life !!! As far as my thinking goes, I am looking for that (Merovingian) guy who can say 'I wrote it myself' ... (remember matrix reloaded? ;) ) great job Chili's !!

Salty Coffee !

(an Email Fwd)

He met her on a party. She was so outstanding, many guys were chasing her. While he was so normal, nobody paid attention to him. At the end of the party, He invited her to have coffee with him. She was surprised, but just to be polite, she said Yes. They went to a nice coffee shop. He was too nervous to say anything. she felt uncomfortable .. she thought; please let me go home!

Suddenly he asked the waiter: "would you please give me some salt? I'd like to put it in my coffee!! ". Everybody started at him so strange! His face turned red, but, still, he put the salt in his coffee and drank it. She asked him what is this ? He replied: "when I was a little boy, I was living near the sea. I liked playing in the sea I could feel the taste of sea, just like the taste of the salty coffee. Now every time I have the salty coffee, I always think of my childhood, think of my hometown, I miss my hometown so much, I miss my parents who are still living there." While saying this, tears filled his eyes. She was deeply touched. That's his true feelings from the bottom of his heart. A man who can tell out his homesickness, he must be a man who loves home, cares about home, has responsibility of home! She also started to speak, spoke about her far-away hometown, her childhood, her family. That was a really nice talk, also a beautiful beginning of their story. They continued to date. She found that actually he was a man who meets all her demands; he had tolerance, was kind hearted, warm careful. He was such a good person but she almost missed him, thanks to his salty coffee.

Then the story was just like every beautiful love story the princess married to his prince, then they were living a happy life ! and every time she made coffee for him, she put some salt in coffee,as she knew that's the way he liked it. After 40 years he passed away, left her a letter which said : 'My dearest, Please forgive me, forgive my whole life lie. This was the only lie Isaid to you ! The salty coffee !! Remember the first time we dated, I was so nervous at that time, actually I wanted sugar but I said salt. It was hard for me to change so I just went ahead, I never thought that could be the start of our communication! I tried to tell you the truth many times in my life, but I was too afraid to do that, as I have promised not to lie to you for anything ! now Im dying, I afraid of nothing so I m telling you the truth: I don't like the salty coffee ! what a strange bad taste.. but I have had the salty coffee for whole life! Since I knew you, I never feel sorry for anything I do for you. Having you with me is my biggest happiness for whole life. If I can live for the second time, still want to know you and have you for my whole life even though I have to drink the salty coffee again".

Her tears made the letter totally wet... Somebody asked her: 'what's the taste of the salty coffee?

"Its sweet", she replied. ..

Badminton is NOT (only) girls' game !

I have heard this enough number of times now to put it up on the blog ! ... 'Badminton ! you play badminton ? dude, only girls play badminton !! ' ... I am sick and tired of convincing them and laughing back at them for such a blunder in thinking !!

All I would like to tell these people is come with me and play singles (or even doubles for that matter) from 8.30 to 11 pm every tuesday and friday (after playing cricket from 5.30 to 8.30pm) and you will know whether its a game for girls or boys ! After one game suddenly the small court will feel like a football field ! Suddenly 'aankhon ke saamne andhera chha jayega' ! Then you will understand why I turn deaf ear towards such useless comments ! It might look like the easiest sport from outside the court but try stepping in for once and then you will know ... Its such a nice and whole-body exercise ! A challenging game which brings the best out of you, helps you get in shape, improve your judgement, placement while giving you the entertainment ... its a great game !
